Non-Surgical Nose Job: Does it Last?

There are many patients who can benefit from the non-surgical nose job without having to undergo a traditional rhinoplasty procedure. The non-surgical nose job is a revolutionary, non-invasive treatment that can reshape the nose without surgery or the downtime associated with surgery. Through the use of injectable fillers, a patient’s nose can be reshaped to straighten a nasal profile, lifted to correct a drooped tip, or smoothed out.

The ideal candidate for a non-surgical nose job is someone who seeks to correct a mild imperfection, making the aesthetic appearance of their nose more balanced and symmetric with the rest. It is aimed to restore facial harmony and can result in a very pleasing, natural appearance. The non-surgical nose job is becoming an increasingly popular alternative to surgery, but should not replace rhinoplasty surgery if the patient is seeking any type of size or breathing correction. How is The Procedure Performed?

Does it Last?

Although the non-surgical nose job is a great alternative to rhinoplasty surgery, it’s important to keep in mind that results aren’t permanent. Because of the short-term nature of an injectable filler, you will have to maintain your non-surgical nose job approximately every nine months to a year, depending on how fast your body metabolizes the product. Based on your personal treatment goals, your provider will help to determine how many treatments are needed to achieve optimal results. When it comes to rhinoplasty, on the other hand, that can only be performed surgically and, in some cases, can provide effective, more permanent results than a non-surgical nose job.
